May 2016

On tap today, we’re coming at you with our current favorites across the entertainment, style, and nourishment boards for the month of May. Here’s a quick look at the little things we’re loving lately:

ENTERTAINMENT

Impractical Jokers

Insert the laughing so hard we’re crying emoji here. This show is gold. If you haven’t watched it, turn on TruTV and there’s a solid chance they’re running a 6 hour marathon. And..there’s also a good chance we’re watching.

Coral & Slate

Continuing with the LOLing emoji, this blog is hysterical. If you’re a People magazine and reality TV junkie, check out some of these reviews of books and products that celebrities and reality stars have written and produced.

Last Week Tonight

Truth be told, we’ve been fans of John Oliver for a while, but with the 2016 Election raging strong, it’s become even more essential to tune in. Plus, you never know when John Oliver might do something random and amazing – like bring Lin-Manuel Miranda on his show to rap about Puerto Rico’s debt crisis.

STYLE

Margarita Activewear

With a name like that, how could this not make our list? We love the fun and vibrant styles, proving gym wear doesn’t always have to be basic.

Floppy Hats

The floppy hat trend could never go away, as far as we’re concerned. This summer is going to be all about big hats and sundresses, so you’d better get ready. Photo via Forever 21.

NOURISHMENT

Fruit Infused Water

Okay, so obviously lemon water is hardly a new trend, but luckily that doesn’t disqualify it from our list. Spiking water with splashes of raspberry and lime somehow feels fancy and has us upping our H2O intake as the weather heats up.

La Croix

Ummmm. We’re obsessed. This seltzer is one of the greatest things to have ever graced our tastebuds. With flavors like cantaloupe grapefruit, coconut, and blackberry cucumber, it’s hard to imagine ever going back to regular old lime seltzer water.
